Registration is not inclusive of the Welcome Dinner and City Tour
For accompanying person: Registration fee includes AM & PM snacks, lunch; NON-attendance to plenary/parallel session and NO kits will be provided
Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. It is recommended that you purchase an insurance policy of your choice for the convention.
Housing and Travel
The registration fee does not include hotel stay and transportation fees (air, water, land or local transfers or airport transfers).
