- PAM shall require all examinees to sign a non-disclosure agreement indicating their commitment not to release confidential examination materials or participate in fraudulent test taking practices. The following is the content of the non-disclosure agreement:
- that the PAM is the exclusive owner of all rights in the PAM Exam;
- that I have no permission to copy, adapt, or use any part of the PAM exam, including correct or incorrect answers;
- that the disclosure, reconstruction and/or copying of any confidential contents of the PAM exam would destroy the value and defeat the purpose of the PAM Exam;
- that protecting and preserving the confidentiality and security of the PAM exam ensures the validity of the exam results and the integrity of the admission process;
- that I will not discuss or share with anyone any information about the questions, answer choices, or other content appearing on the PAM exam, by any means possible;
- that I am also not permitted to possess any confidential information during my exam preparation.
- Examinees should present to the proctor their examination permit and valid government or company issued ID as proof of their identity.
- All personal belongings and electronic devices such as cellphones, laptops, ipads, tablets, and the like, should be surrendered before taking the examination.
- The examinees are allowed to enter the examination room 5 minutes before the designated exam time.
- The Examinees are not allowed to leave the room during the examination.
