You can check the status of your POSTER paper here and the schedule of your presentation here. Note that the pre-registration period has ended but you can still pay on-site convention fees in advance through our on-line payment method. PLEASE READ:
1. The list contains all accepted papers for Poster Presentation (competing and non-competing). To track your paper, please find the original Reference Number provided in your Notice of Acceptance Letter (e.g. PP-C-P-123).
2. Abstracts not included in our Souvenir Programme failed to meet the following conditions: submission of CONFORME, submission of REVISED ABSTRACT, and PRE-REGISTRATION (deadline: 3 June 2016). While your abstracts are not printed in the booklet, you are still entitled to present your posters (please read item 5).
3. PRESENTING authors (not co-authors, or corresponding author) are required to pre-register for their papers to be included in the souvenir programme and actual poster presentation event. You are no longer allowed to change the presenting author of your paper.
4. Authors who failed to submit their CONFORME and REVISED ABSTRACT/S are automatically DISQUALIFIED. There will be no display board reserved for your poster, and you will not receive your certificate of participation for poster presentation.
5. Authors who submitted CONFORME and REVISED ABSTRACT/S but failed to pre-register are still expected to present. Display boards will be reserved for your poster, and you will receive your certificate as long as you register on-site (or pay on-site fees) and arrive during your scheduled presentation. 6. Size of Poster: Please ensure readability from a distance of 2 meters. Poster dimensions are as follows: 30” x 40” (Portrait). with at least one (1) cm for border on each side. Please use glossy poster paper (tarpaulins will not be accepted).
7. Contents of the poster. The poster should include the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions.
