From left to right, UP President A. Pascual, Dr. Hedreyda, UP Diliman Chancellor C. Saloma & Dr. Rivera PAM Fellows Drs. Cynthia T. Hedreyda and Windell L. Rivera received recognition as UP Scientist 2 while Diplomate Dr. Maribel D. Sese was awarded UP Scientist 1 during the awarding ceremonies held December 18, 2012 at UP Diliman. The UP Scientist award is based on accomplishments such as several ISI publications, a chapter in a book, for having served as peer reviewer of international publication, for papers cited in ISI journal articles, and for having served as Plenary Speaker in international conventions from 2007 to 2011.
