During an automated maintenance operation, one of our provider’s nodes failed unexpectedly, leading to temporary service disruption. Please be assured that this incident did not involve any hacking attempt or unauthorized access.
Our primary transaction and activity data are safeguarded and isolated from the main server, ensuring they remained unaffected. While we successfully recovered most data, some user authentication records were unfortunately lost. We are now directly reaching out to impacted users to assist them with account recovery and membership restoration.
