We are inviting everyone to attend the PSM Cluster 2 Symposium with its theme MICROBIOLOGICAL RESEARCH INNOVATIONS IN AGRICULTURE, INDUSTRY, AND ENVIRONMENT FOR ASEAN INTEGRATION on 12 March 2016 (Saturday) at the Paz Adriano Theater in Miriam College, Loyola Heights, Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City.

CLUSTER 2 – REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

The pre-registration deadline of Cluster 2 Symposium is on 26 February 2016 (Friday). Below is a step-by-step guide for registration.

  1. Attendees are required to register online. Visit the PSM registration website http://www.registration.psm.org.ph
  1. LOG IN with your username and password. For new users, SIGN UP to create an account.
  1. In your PSM Account Page, click the ‘Payment’ tab. There are currently three available payment options, the online payment (OPTION 1), bank deposit (OPTION 2), and through Bayad Centers (OPTION 3).

OPTION 1 – ONLINE PAYMENT

  1. The online mode of payment is available to MasterCard (Credit Card) and MasterCard (Debit Card) users, and MLhullier (Over-the-counter) via the PSM AurumPay Account. Visit this link https://aurumpay.com/aurumpay_pro/psm/ to pay using this option. NOTE: Rates are exclusive of convenience fees.
  1. Enter required details to the PSM’s AurumPayPro page and select appropriate registration fee on the dropdown menu. Click ‘I agree and accept’ checkbox and ‘Submit’ button. Successful submission will direct you to a ‘Secured Payment’ page where card and other banking details will be required. If you chose the ‘Over-the-Counter’ payment method, you will be directed to a different page, please follow instructions.
  1. Always check if transaction is successful. A notification will be sent to your email account.

 

IMPORTANT: For group or bulk payment, each name appearing in the transaction should register their own account and note that they are part of a group/bulk payment (you can choose to upload a copy of the receipt OR give details of the transaction).  Your name will not be included in the final list of registered attendees  if you fail to register and validate your transaction.

OPTION 2 – BANK DEPOSIT

  1. You may also opt for a bank deposit mode of payment. Pay the appropriate pre-registration fee to PSM – Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account:Account Name: Philippine Society for MicrobiologyAccount Number: 0913-2425-48
  2. For your transaction and registration to be valid, you are required to upload the deposit slip/proof of payment to your PSM account. Log in using your username and password.
  3. In your PSM Account Page, click the “Payment” tab, Option 2 payment is found at the bottom of the page. Fill boxes with the required information, upload your proof of payment, and click ‘Send Payment’. NOTE: Ignore the ‘Amount to be paid’ box as it has not been updated.
  4. For your transaction and registration to be valid, you are required to upload the deposit slip/proof of payment to your PSM account. Log in using your username and password.

OPTION 3 – BAYAD CENTER

  1. Registration payments can now be made at the following participating BAYAD CENTERS.
  2. For your transaction and registration to be valid, you are required to upload the proof of payment/transaction receipt to your PSM account. Log in using your username and password.
  3. In your PSM Account Page, click the “Payment” tab, Option 3 payment is found at the bottom of the page (same as Option 2). Fill boxes with the required information, upload your proof of payment, and click ‘Send Payment’. NOTE: Ignore the ‘Amount to be paid’ box as it has not been updated.

The PSM registration page is currently being updated. Please ignore all information pertaining to the 44th Annual Convention held last July 2015.
